1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "b8ngo", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the b8ngo online casino platform, its operators, and affiliated entities operating under PAGCOR license in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the b8ngo website, or uses any b8ngo services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player on the b8ngo platform for the purpose of placing bets, making deposits and withdrawals, and accessing gaming services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a b8ngo account or using any b8ngo services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

b8ngo reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of b8ngo services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use b8ngo services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. b8ngo strictly enforces this age restriction in compliance with Philippine gambling laws and PAGCOR regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. b8ngo reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You must not be under any legal disability, guardianship, or other incapacity that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

b8ngo services are intended exclusively for residents of the Philippines. You must be physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account registration and when placing bets. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are prohibited from registering accounts or using b8ngo services:

• Individuals who are employees, officers, or directors of b8ngo or any affiliated entities.
• Immediate family members of b8ngo employees, officers, or directors.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or banned from b8ngo for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling activities through PAGCOR's exclusion program or any other responsible gaming initiative.
• Professional gamblers who attempt to exploit bonuses or promotions without genuine recreational play intent.
• Any person acting on behalf of another individual or entity to circumvent these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Account Creation

To use b8ngo services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, email address, and other information as required during the registration process. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be closed, and any funds in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

4.2 Identity Verification

b8ngo is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or other acceptable ID) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months) upon request. b8ngo reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, residential address, payment method ownership, or source of funds.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days will result in account suspension. You will not be permitted to make deposits, place bets, or withdraw funds until verification is completed. b8ngo reserves the right to refuse verification and terminate accounts where documentation is deemed insufficient, fraudulent, or otherwise unsatisfactory.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your b8ngo account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. You must immediately notify b8ngo if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. b8ngo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided to b8ngo during registration and thereafter remains accurate and current. You must notify b8ngo immediately of any changes to your name, address, contact information, or payment methods. Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your b8ngo account using any of the payment methods accepted by b8ngo, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers to BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT cryptocurrency via TRC20 network. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as displayed on the b8ngo website and may vary by payment method.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your b8ngo account are derived from legitimate sources and are legally owned by you. You must not use b8ngo services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose. b8ngo reserves the right to refuse deposits or request proof of source of funds at any time in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your b8ngo account balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with wagering requirements for any active bonuses. Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as displayed on the b8ngo website.

b8ngo aims to process withdrawal requests within 2 hours for GCash and Maya, and same-day for bank transfers, but processing times may vary depending on payment method, verification requirements, and other factors. b8ngo reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where fraud is suspected, verification is incomplete, or Terms & Conditions have been violated.

5.3 Payment Method Restrictions

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods, credit cards, or bank accounts not belonging to you is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. b8ngo reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

5.4 Currency and Fees

All financial transactions on b8ngo are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). b8ngo does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider or bank may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Responsible Betting

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss. You agree to bet only with funds you can afford to lose and to use b8ngo services for entertainment purposes only, not as a source of income. b8ngo encourages responsible gaming and provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, time limits, and self-exclusion options to help you maintain control of your gambling activity.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by b8ngo. b8ngo reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud, collusion, or exploitation of errors is suspected. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except in circumstances where b8ngo determines that the bet was accepted in error due to technical malfunction or incorrect odds display.

6.3 Game Results and Disputes

All game results displayed on the b8ngo platform are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and approved by accredited testing laboratories. Game results are final and binding. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome, the result recorded in b8ngo's server logs shall be deemed conclusive.

If you wish to dispute a game result or transaction, you must contact b8ngo customer support within 14 days of the disputed event. Failure to raise disputes within this timeframe will result in waiver of your right to challenge the result.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, software error, incorrect odds display, or other technical issues, b8ngo reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. Players will not be entitled to winnings resulting from obvious errors or malfunctions. b8ngo is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connection disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or other artificial intelligence systems to place bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or other strategies designed to guarantee profits without genuine gambling risk.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through strategic play designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine recreational gambling.
• Using VPN services or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your location.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or identity theft.
• Attempting to reverse deposits through chargebacks, payment disputes, or other methods after funds have been gambled.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds including winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by b8ngo are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits. Failure to comply with bonus terms will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.4 Right to Modify or Cancel

b8ngo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, bonuses already credited to Player accounts will remain valid subject to the original terms unless the cancellation was due to technical error or fraud.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your b8ngo account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, b8ngo will process any pending withdrawals and return your account balance (excluding any active bonus funds) to your registered payment method. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed except through re-registration as a new Player subject to b8ngo's approval.

8.2 Suspension by b8ngo

b8ngo reserves the right to suspend or close your account immediately and without prior notice where:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other government authorities.
• Continued operation of your account would expose b8ngo to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of account closure due to Terms & Conditions violations, b8ngo reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance including deposits and winnings. Where account closure is for reasons other than fraud or Terms violations, b8ngo will return your account balance (excluding bonus funds) within 30 days.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

b8ngo provides self-exclusion tools for Players who wish to take a break from gambling. You may self-exclude your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or make deposits. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires. 9. Intellectual Property Rights

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from any b8ngo software. Unauthorized use of b8ngo intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, b8ngo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of b8ngo services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, even if b8ngo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b8ngo's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

b8ngo is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet disruptions, unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain credential security, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of b8ngo services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through b8ngo's internal complaint process by contacting customer support. If internal resolution is unsuccessful, you may refer the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under Philippine gaming regulations.

12. Responsible Gaming

b8ngo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide comprehensive responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

b8ngo collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Philippine data privacy laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By using b8ngo services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through our platform.

16. Severability

18. Acknowledgment
